What exactly is a jamney?
A jamney is a sweet-and-savoury hybrid — part jam, part chutney and entirely its own delicious thing. Spoonable, spreadable and made to make the ordinary a little more lekker.
What does the Smoked Tomato & Chilli Jamney taste like?
Sweet, smoky and savoury, with a gentle chilli warmth and real oak smoke. It's rich and flavourful rather than fiery — big flavour without taking over the meal.
Is Daai Jam spicy?
Our Smoked Tomato & Chilli Jamney has a gentle chilli warmth rather than a serious burn. The Rooibos Pear & Cinnamon jam is sweet, with no heat at all.
What can I eat Daai Jam with?
Loads! The Smoked Tomato & Chilli Jamney is lekker with cheese boards, burgers, braaibroodjies, breakfast eggs and pasta. The Rooibos Pear & Cinnamon is perfect with cheese, warm toast, pastries and Sunday breakfast.
How long does Daai Jam last?
Check the best-before date on your jar — unopened, it keeps for months in a cool, dry cupboard. Once opened, pop it in the fridge and enjoy within about 4 weeks.

Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes! You can send your jars nationwide two ways: to a PUDO locker near you for R80 (usually 2–4 business days), or door-to-door courier for R120 (usually 3–5 business days). Free collection and R50 local delivery are available in the Somerset West / Stellenbosch area. Timing is in business days, so orders placed over a weekend or public holiday start on the next working day.

Hi, I'm Jolese, the hands (and the heart) behind every jar. Some of my best memories happen around a table: full plates, full hearts, nobody in a rush to leave. That feeling is really what Daai Jam is all about.
Daai Jam started long before the first jar was sealed — on a farm, around a kitchen table, and in a home where there was always room for one more.
