Everything is made by hand in small batches in Somerset West, so a little care goes into getting your order to you. Here's how it works.
Your options
Collection — Free. Collect from us in Somerset West / Stellenbosch. Collections happen on Fridays — we'll arrange a time with you once your order is in.
Local delivery — R50. Somerset West and Stellenbosch.
PUDO locker — R80. We send your jars to a PUDO locker near you (nationwide, via The Courier Guy). Give us your address at checkout and we'll book the locker closest to you, then send you the pickup details. Usually 2–4 business days. Once your parcel arrives, you'll have 36 hours to collect it before it moves to the nearest depot.
Door-to-door courier — R120. We courier your jars anywhere in South Africa, straight to your door, usually within 3–5 business days.
How long it takes
Once your order is dispatched, a PUDO locker usually takes 2–4 business days and door-to-door courier 3–5 business days, depending on your address. All timing is in business days, so orders placed over a weekend or public holiday start on the next working day. Please note these are guidelines, not guaranteed dates — remote areas can take a little longer.
Because our products are handmade to order, please allow a little time for us to prepare your order before it's dispatched. If you need something by a specific date, WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Fresh focaccia
Our focaccia is baked fresh and is available for collection or local delivery only — it isn't couriered. Order focaccia via WhatsApp.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If something looks wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
