Welcome to Daai Jam. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them plain and friendly — if anything's unclear, just ask.

Who we are

Daai Jam is a small, handmade food business based in Somerset West, Western Cape, making small-batch preserves, jamneys and focaccia. You can reach us on WhatsApp 064 551 0963 or at daaijam.sa@gmail.com.

Orders & payment

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Online orders are paid securely by card through Yoco, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. We'll then prepare and arrange collection or delivery.
• We may need to cancel and refund an order if an item is unexpectedly unavailable — we'll always let you know.

Our products

Everything is handmade in small batches, so slight natural variation in colour, texture and taste is normal — it's part of the charm. Product images are a guide.

Allergens & ingredients: full ingredient and allergen information is on each jar's label. If you have an allergy or a specific dietary need, please check with us before ordering.

Pricing & availability

We make limited batches, so items can sell out. Prices and availability may change from time to time. We do our best to keep the website accurate, but if an obvious error occurs, we'll contact you before charging or dispatching.

Your information (POPIA)

We use the details you give us (name, contact and delivery address) only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information to anyone. For the full details of how we handle your personal information and your rights under POPIA, see our Privacy Policy.

Our brand

The Daai Jam name, logo, recipes, photos and content on this site belong to Daai Jam and may not be copied or used without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
